Easy Image Manipulation for your Web Site
Kilozoom approached SitePen to help add key functionality to their image uploading, resizing, and zooming web service. SitePen made use of the Dojo Toolkit to deliver multi-file image uploading, and the management of already uploaded image files. Significant improvements were made by SitePen to features in Dojo, and to custom code for the Kilozoom application.
Uploading and Managing Images
Traditional web browser upload interfaces are very limited in capability, supporting the upload of only one file at a time. Leveraging techniques including Flash and HTML5 with Dojo, SitePen assisted Kilozoom with development to support the seamless upload of multiple files, as well as status of uploads as they progress. Once images are uploaded, an intuitive interface allows users to manage and manipulate images.
