Can you create a new widget for me under support?
Yes! Our Galaxy support plan is specifically designed to accommodate small custom Web development projects while still offering all of the standard support features of our other plans.
Can I roll over unused hours?
Yes! When you renew a support plan with SitePen, we’ll roll over all unused hours for the length of your new support term.
How many support issues do I get to submit with each plan?
As many as you want! There are no credits, issue types, or other limits on the number of tickets you may submit to SitePen. We bill all support requests in 15-minute increments with no minimum. This means you only pay for the time it takes to address your problem.
What's the difference between a bug fix and custom development?
A bug fix changes code that has already been written but is not working correctly due to a programming error. Custom development involves writing new code to make a piece of software do something new.
Can you look at private source code through my VPN?
Yes! We will work with you to share code in the way that is most convenient and acceptable to your organization.
