Ask the Experts: Our “Ask the Experts” feature focuses on giving you quick advice to the questions you have in a private client support forum, under the confidentiality of an NDA. We allow designated members of your development team unlimited access to ask us questions, and we reply as quickly as possible. This service allows you to ask questions when you don't know the best way to approach a problem, can't find information, or are having trouble formulating a description of the issue you need to solve. This service supplements the great open source community forums already in place to which we actively contribute.
Ask the Experts is unlimited for any of your designated contacts, and includes questions that do not require reviewing source code or fixing bugs. Any of your designated contacts can request support.

Solve the Problem: When you find an issue with a supported project, we're here to solve the problem for your development team and provide you with emergency bug fixes so you can be on your way. We also commit these patches back to the relevant open source project as appropriate. We provide business critical response times and a clear roadmap of when your issue will be resolved. When creating great web applications, issues often extend beyond the realm of the projects we support and move into examining and fixing your source code, server configuration, and more. Depending on your preference, we'll securely connect to your servers, conference over WebEx, or for our Company and Enterprise plan customers, configure a copy of your application on our servers, in order to resolve your problem and get you on your way.
Solve the Problem is limited by the available Problem and Code Support Time. Problem and Code Support Time are deducted from your account in 30 minute time increments with a 1 hour minimum. Any of your designated contacts can request support.
